" Prior to working with Mrs. Wood, our property experience spanned over 40 years, buying, renting, selling, and mortgaging over 25 properties. During this time we discovered that the majority of realtors cost us money in these transactions! That is why we sought out owners/ sellers to get the best deals. We first “ran across” Mrs. Wood over 10 years ago when we were looking to move back to Tarrant County (specifically, Fort Worth) from a beautiful country home in Palo Pinto County. We needed to sell our previous properties two counties away, which were more difficult than properties in a major city. Our former residence was in a tiny town 30 miles from Mineral Wells, Texas and 60 miles from Fort Worth, Texas. The other property was a lake house 6 miles from the residence. Mrs. Wood helped us sell both homes and we sold both for more than we paid for them! On the lake house, she and her son helped trim trees that were almost touching the roof! How many agents do you know take a gas-powered pole saw and trim their client’s trees? We didn’t know of any. Mrs. Wood also helped me in looking for potential properties to buy to rent, flip, or mortgage for a little extra income. Her advice was extremely helpful in considering those properties. All in all, Mrs. Wood was very knowledgeable regarding all the “in’s and out’s” of not only purchasing real estate but worked hard to discover what her clients needed and wanted, and putting those things first over every other consideration. She is enthusiastic, a hard worker, honest, trustworthy, and she goes the extra mile to satisfy her clients – even after the sale!
